Is it safe ordering from your website?

Who is eligible to purchase on your site?

You must be a Canadian resident that’s over the age of 19, your age is verified by submitting your ID with your first order.  No medical card necessary.

How do I make an order?

Browse our products on our site to find what you like. If you would like to purchase the product, select the amount you would like to order, and click “Add to Cart”. Continue shopping and adding products to your shopping cart. When you are ready, go to your cart to checkout.  After checking out, you will receive an email with the Email Money Transfer instructions.  Please follow the instructions strictly to process the payment.  It’s as simple as that!

How do I cancel, modify or return my order?

What’s the minimum order amount for this shop?

The minimum order amount is $55, not including shipping and taxes.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept email money transfer through Interac e-transfer.

Are my payments secure?

Yes it is! Our site uses SSL to make your transactions as secure as possible.

How does your loyalty program work?

To receive points, you will need to create an account with us and not check out as guest.

For each $1 you spend with us, you get 1 reward point. For every 20 reward points that you accumulate you’ll earn a $1 discount which you can apply to any future orders with us.

You can redeem your reward points on the ‘cart’ or the ‘checkout’ page. Please note, points are not earned on shipping costs.

1000 Reward Points = $50.00

How can I earn Rocket Points?

You can earn additional reward points from product reviews. You’ll earn 10 reward points for every review made. You can only do a review on items that you have specifically purchased.

What shipping methods are available?

We only ship through Canada Post with Xpress Shipping.

How much is shipping?

BC Residents:  $7.50 for orders less than $100 and free for orders more than $99.99

Rest of Canada: $15 for orders less than $150 and free for orders more than $150.99

Where do you ship to?

We only ship within Canada.

How is the order packaged?

All orders are packaged with double vacuum sealed bags and inside a box for further protection.  There is no indication from the exterior of the package to indicate the contents of the order.  The package is finished with a poly tear proof mailer bag to prevent tampering or damage during shipment.

The shatter I ordered turned into wax?!

Please be advised that due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as summer heat and humidity, there is a risk that the shatter you ordered will turn to budder by the time you receive it.

Putting it into the fridge will turn it back to a solid state.

We do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns to budder.

What happens if my edibles melt?

Unfortunately, due to the summer heat it’s possible that your edibles will melt so please order at your own risk.

Shipments to Nunavut, Northern Quebec, and the Northwest Territories?

Unfortunately, we experience a much higher percentage of postal thefts when shipping to Nunavut, Northern Quebec, and the NWT. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. If your order is stolen or lost, we reserve the right not to replace it.

Due to a recent increase of lost, delayed, and seized packages by Canada Post, at this time we are no longer guaranteeing any orders being shipped to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Rural Quebec, or First Nations Reserves. Order at your own risk if shipping to these locations.

When will you ship my order?

Orders along with payment received by 3 PM EST will ship the SAME business day. If your order is received after 3PM EST, your order will ship the following business day.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically 1-2 business days. If you live in a remote area, your order may take an extra few days.  Cnada Post manages the shipping of your package, we will not refund your shipping amount if Canada Post is late on delivery.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Please use the link within the email to track your order.

What happens if I don’t receive my package?

If you do not get your package two days after the expected arrival date, contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post.

If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation which can take up to two weeks to complete. Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if Canada Post is unable to locate your package we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge, or offer you Points equal to the dollar value of your missing package.
